FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
01.Where will International Financial Youth Leadership Training Camp 2026 take place?
A: Most of the courses and activities will be held at Renmin University Zhongguancun campus. We will also organize several cultural events like visiting typical international organizations, famous museums, places of historical interest. These additional activities will be held off-campus.
02.What is the selection process like? Will there be interviews or written assessments?
A: There will be interviews. Every candidate who passes the resume screening will receive an interview notification. If the interview results are inconclusive, we will conduct further assessments. For example, we might ask them to review some documents and provide a summary and their thoughts.
03.How many participants are expected to be selected?
A: We plan to recruit a total of 60-80 participants, including both Chinese and international students. The exact number may vary depending on the applicants’ performance and qualifications.
04.Is the program conducted entirely in English or mixed with Chinese?
A: The core components of the program, including courses, training, and competitions, will be conducted entirely in English. However, we may use both Chinese and English for logistical arrangements and communication.
05.Is this program mainly geared toward undergraduate students, or are master's and PhD students also encouraged to apply?
A: The program is mainly designed for senior undergraduates and Master’s students, including MBA candidates. However, we also encourage PhD students to apply. Their strong research background and engagement could be a significant advantage to the program.
06.Should there be an interview, may I know what kind of questions will the interviewer ask?
A: The interview questions will be tailored to each candidate’s background, based on their resume and submitted materials. We will explore topics such as economics, finance, and cross-cultural communication, as well as your academic and project experiences. In addition, we’ll also be interested in your career aspirations.
07.Where will be the interview conducted?
A: The interviews will be held via Tencent Meeting.
08.Do you offer funding to this camp, like accommodation, meals, and transportation?
A: With around 60-80 participants, we’re unable to provide accommodation, meals, or transportation for everyone. However, we can help connect participants with on-campus student dormitories, but the accommodation fee should be at your own expense. We do offer a limited number of scholarships to outstanding trainees who demonstrate exceptional performance and active participation throughout the program.
